Customer Resource Library serves as ‘at your fingertips’ tool for Southern Star customers
Owensboro, KY – Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. (Southern Star) is offering a unique tool to its customers that allows them to learn and grow at their own pace.
The Customer Resource Library contains short, topic-specific video tutorials accompanied by printable documents for quick reference.
Stephanie Hathaway, Business Analyst, led the content side of the library’s creation.
“The Customer Resource Library is an answer to a call from our customers for more specific training material for team members within their organization. Not only is the library a great ‘at your fingertips’ tool for our shippers, Southern Star also uses this content for internal cross training,” said Stephanie.
Southern Star used customers input to create the training modules, covering several different categories: CSI Access & Navigation, Contracting & Capacity Release, Invoices & Billing, and Scheduling Services.
The library contains the most recent and timely content related to our transition to a new Pathed Non-Threaded scheduling model. Customers can view short video tutorials on how to create nominations related to all transaction types.
It can also be used as training material when one of our customers hires a new team member.
