Southern Star prepares for peak demand during cold weather season

(Owensboro, KY – Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc.) – As our service area faces frigid winter temperatures as part of Winter Storm Elliott, Southern Star continues to provide clean, safe, and reliable service to our customers.

Southern Star is proactively coordinating with our customers to minimize risk of service interruptions and to continue meeting heavy demands over the coming days.

We thank our customers for their support by seeking alternative reliable supply options and helping conserve energy resources.

Our team is well-trained to safely serve our customers during this weather event and will continue working with our partners throughout Winter Storm Elliott.
